The University of Bath has received a Gold award from the UK Government’s Teaching Excellence Framework (TEF). It is ranked 11th in the Complete University Guide 2018 League Table, with 18 of its subjects ranked among the top 10 in the UK, including marketing and architecture. According to The Guardian University Guide 2018, the university is placed fifth, and it ranks 12th out of 128 institutions in the UK in the Good University Guide. In the 2021 Research Excellence Framework, Bath was ranked joint 25th among multi-faculty institutions in the UK for research quality (GPA) and 28th for Research Power. The university has also twice received the Queen’s Anniversary Prize for its influential research and services to the industrial and scientific communities.

Eligibility Criteria for Global Leaders Scholarship:

  • English proficiency is required.
  • All nationalities are eligible.
  • Applicants must have received a full-time taught master’s program offer from the University of Bath for the academic year 2023–2024.
  • Selection for the Global Leaders Scholarship is based on academic excellence, strong communication and interpersonal skills, future leadership potential, teamwork abilities, and a clear vision for the future.
  • Applicants should not have completed a full undergraduate degree in Scotland in the past and should not already possess a Saltire Scholarship.

Application Process for Global Leaders Scholarship:

To apply for the Global Leaders Scholarship, follow these steps:

  1. Review the university’s taught postgraduate courses and select the program you wish to enroll in.
  2. Use the online application form to apply for your chosen course. Create an account to start the application process and provide the following information:
    • Personal details
    • Preferred start date for your studies
    • Proof of English proficiency (if not your native language)
    • Contact information for a referee from your current or most recent educational institution
    • A personal statement explaining why you want to enroll in the course and your reasons for choosing it
    • Scans of your undergraduate and postgraduate degree certificates (if applicable)
    • A scan of your final degree transcript or the most recent transcript if you are still studying
    • A current CV
    • Payment of the application fee (if applicable)
    • An academic reference from your current or most recent place of study
  3. To complete the scholarship application, use the Application Tracker.

Submission Deadline: For a decision by August 14, 2023, submit your application by July 17, 2023.
