CB Davidson Scholarship – Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the CB Davidson Scholarship, applicants must meet one of the following four requirements:

Applicants must have submitted a Form 1 application to the University of Aberdeen for admission to study law at either the research (Ph.D./LLM by Research) or teaching (LLM) levels.
Current University of Aberdeen law students majoring in research (Ph.D./LLM by Research) or teaching (LLM) who are submitting Form 2 to study abroad.
Those who wish to lecture at the University of Aberdeen and are staff members of higher education institutions located outside the United Kingdom.
Employees of the University of Aberdeen who wish to pursue a course of study in foreign law or the practice of law and have exhausted all other funding options from external organizations and departmental funds.

Application materials for the CB Davidson Scholarship should include a Curriculum Vitae (CV), two references, and an academic transcript for evaluation. Students already enrolled at the University of Aberdeen must provide at least one academic reference from the university.
