This scholarship initiative targets international students and graduates with a university degree, supporting their endeavors in postgraduate or master’s studies, doctoral programs, or research fellowships lasting a minimum of three semesters at a German university.

- Have a positive attitude towards democracy and human rights
- Open to developing personal points of view and practicing tolerance
- Highly motivated and able to articulate life goals.
